I'm also taking you through my one arm pull up workout and talking about how I fixed the problem with my one arm pull up training that I was having in the previous video. If it comes to my weighted pull up, at the end of the video I'm going to talk about how I'm going to plan out my weighted pull up progression over the next 6 weeks in this training block.
