To import and export points in AutoCAD Civil 3D, you can follow these steps:
To Import Points:
Open the drawing in which you want to import the points.
Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
In the "Create" panel, click on "Points".
Select "Import Points" from the drop-down menu.
In the "Import Points" dialog box, select the point file you want to import.
Click "Open".
In the "Import Points" dialog box, you can specify the insertion point, the point style, and other settings for the imported points.
Click "OK" to import the points into your drawing.
To Export Points:
Open the drawing that contains the points you want to export.
Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
In the "Create" panel, click on "Points".
Select "Export Points" from the drop-down menu.
In the "Export Points" dialog box, select the point file format you want to export to, such as CSV or TXT.
Click "OK".
In the "Save As" dialog box, specify the file name and location for the exported point file.
Click "Save".
In the "Export Points" dialog box, you can specify the points to export, the point style, and other settings for the exported points.
Click "OK" to export the points
