Since blind people cannot see, they rely on accessible labels in PowerApps and VoiceOver on their phone to hear what kind of controls they are interacting with. Without accessible labels, they get a very generic description which can leave them confused and frustrated. This video shows three things:

Don't assume that the end users you are building PowerApps apps for are all able bodied with full vision and fine motor skills. Make sure to include everyone - of all skills and abilities when you build apps!
