There is an update on the push to restore a Revolutionary War-era home in Sumner County.
After seven or so years of back and forth, there is a light at the end of the tunnel for those who want it preserved.
The current mayor now says he is working to be able to make this a reality.
The will of William Brown left behind $500,000 to Sumner County for a public park and to maintain his home.
