In this video review we will be looking at a new clearance light for my bike. It was ordered, as usual, in China and arrived in a cardboard box on which the basic information about use is shown, the main thing to remember is the warning about charging, that above 5V 1A it is better not to charge it, otherwise you can ruin the electronics inside.
The red light is made qualitatively, one-piece plastic housing, charging port micro-usb is covered with a silicone plug, rain withstands without problems. Claimed battery capacity of 650mAh, but with my tests turned out to squeeze out about 500mAh, on different modes of glow different battery life.
The parking light is switched on by long pressing of the button, and short presses switch between 4 light modes - strobe, fast strobe, maximum and medium brightness. Thanks to the new COB LEDs shines much brighter than conventional LEDs (which was shown in the video). Charges fully for up to two hours, while charging it can be switched on, which can come in handy in extreme conditions by powering it from a povobank. When charging, an additional separate LED is lit, and when fully charged, it turns off signaling us that the process is complete. The rubber mount is handy, allowing you to quickly attach the front light to your frame or backpack, you can use a tube with a diameter of 18-34mm.
The Chinese have similar red lights in other colors, we can use them in different situations to mark ourselves on the road. Thank you for your attention and see you on the channel ChudoKIT!
