David Banner is forced to fish with Andy and Opie Taylor and eat Aunt Bee's cooking and home made ice cream, but the final straw is when Bill Bixby must change jail cells to accommodate the town drunk Otis. This sends him into a fit of rage that brings out the creature who then goes on a reign of rampage through the streets of Mayberry terrorizing the local moonshiners and even an innocent bear. If only there were a hero like Captain Kirk or Superman around, or is there?
