Some files, such as policies or certificates, might need to be reviewed on a regular basis. You can keep on top of these documents by setting expiry dates.
You can set an expiry date at the point of upload or any time after the file has been added to the system.
Set an Expiry Date at Upload:
Navigate to the area you wish to add the file to (either Company Files or on an employee's profile).
Click upload and tick the file expires. This will expand the page to display a date field. Enter the expiry date there. Click upload.
Set an Expiry Date after Upload:
Navigate to the area the file is uploaded to (either Company Files or on an employee's profile).
Hover over the file you wish to add an expiry date to and click the cog icon. Select expiryNavigate to the area you wish to add the file to (either Company Files or on an employee's profile).

NB: Note that only admin users and the person who uploaded the file is able to edit settings for it after it has been uploaded.
