How to Create GLITCH EFFECT in SNAPSEED | SNAPSEED TUTORIAL | Android | iPhone
In this Snapseed tutorial, I use few tricks with the Curves app and then use Double Exposure to create the 'Glitch' effect, also called in different names as 'RGB' or 'Chromatic aberration' effect. This is one more example on the versatility of using Curves in the free mobile app Snapseed by Google.
