Moraine Lake Banff National Park - Amazing Blue Glacial Water
Moraine Lake, is known for having the most incredible turquoise blue glacial water, and is nestled in the Valley of the Ten Peaks in Banff National Park, Canada.
This glacially-fed lake is renowned for its stunning turquoise waters, which reflect the towering, snow-capped peaks surrounding it.
The amazing color is natural, and is caused by light reflecting on the silt continually being carried into the lake by melt-water from the surrounding glaciers.
