How to set up email reminders to others on Outlook
Are you tired of others forgetting important event/appointments/dates, then watch this video to learn how to make sure the event is added to their calendar and that they'll be reminded of the event.
In this video I'll show you show to create an appointment in outlook and invite others to the appointment. You could add others to the appointment by inviting attendees. I'll also show you how to make the event to repeat annually by making the event recurrence. And finally, I'll show to how to get a reminder of the event in advance for your calendar only. For example, 1 week in advance or any other time. Others (people you've added in the "To" section) will get the default reminder of 18 hours for "All day event" or 15 minutes for set hour event.
