Finally managed to get a somewhat decent tyre model working.
I test how stable the cornering and acceleration is, at very low speeds (less than 5km/h) it's a little unstable as the tyre model isn't able to stabilise. The road contact is done by doing a cylindrical sweep test against the geometry, which is why the car is able to smoothly drive between the road and the blank floor.
You may notice the car leans the opposite way for some reason (leans forwards when accelerating, leans left when cornering left), not sure why, maybe something in the suspension code is the wrong around.
Tyre model runs at 384Hz which is quite a bit high, however the rest of the physics scene runs at 128Hz.
