1 tsp salt
2-3 tsp oil
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 cup whisked dahi
2 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp jeera powder
Kali mirch powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
Little khade garam masale
2 finely chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger and garlic
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
2 tomato puree
Using 4-5 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp butter
Sliced onions
Sliced capsicum
1/2 tsp garam masala
Slit green chillies
Kasuri Methi
Fresh coriander
