Assistance in learning an exercise is only provided to those who have difficulty in performing the exercise. Training (improvement) is aimed at consolidating the motor skills of the students, improving physical and special qualities. Training consists in repeated repetition of the exercise with a gradual complication of the conditions for its implementation and an increase in physical activity.
The main method of development of physical qualities of the trainees during training in raising their legs to the corner with emphasis on the bars is the repeated method.
In this case, the time of keeping the legs with an angle in emphasis on the uneven bars in one approach depends on the level of the current individual indicators of the students, which are recorded in the subdivision in the Cards of the record of the results of practical checks on physical training and the level of sportsmanship of the soldier.
The repeated method is characterized by repeated execution of the angle in emphasis on the bars with an individual effort value of 50-60% of the maximum temporal index and with the number of repetitions (approaches to the projectile) 6-10 times. The duration of rest between sets in this case should be 1-2 minutes.
For example, a soldier in one approach can hold his legs with an angle on the bars in the support for 40 seconds, which means that during a workout with the repeated method he will have to perform an exercise for 20-24 seconds with each approach.
The way of organizing the military when performing the angle in emphasis on the bars at all stages of training on a single projectile is two people on a projectile (one person at opposite ends of the bars), and in the process of training on multi-flying projectiles on a gymnastic platform (gymnastics town) - frontal .
The disadvantage of the flow method is a long wait for their turn to complete the exercise. This expectation is greater, the more students in the group.
With the frontal method of organization, the main disadvantage is that it is difficult for the leader to control the correctness of the exercise by all military personnel at the same time. Therefore, to control the quality of the exercise in the departments (calculations) or in groups formed taking into account the physical preparedness of military personnel, assistant managers are appointed. Technique performance.

The exercise time is determined from the moment of fixation of the “angle” position until the moment of lowering of the heels of the legs below the poles.
Help when learning. Standing at the side of the student, hold him with one hand at the waist and the other in the area of ​​the ankle joint. To help the student from the position of the stop to raise his legs to the corner and keep them in this position for a set time.
Insurance organization. Standing at the side of the student and not touching him to hold one hand below the ankle, and the other - a little beyond the pelvis. Be prepared to keep the learner in disrupting the bars. Touching the learner is only allowed to stop the body rocking.
It is forbidden to assist and insure the trainee by placing their hands between the bars and any part of the trainee’s body.
