Its almost 2019, lets do this. So utilizing ebay's best offer feature, i scored a Powercolor Red Dragon v2 RX 470 4gb (not 8gb) for $85 shipped. Ebay can have deals just as good as craigslist, offerup, letgo, mercario, facebook marketplace, or reddit hardwareswap sometimes and i feel like this time was one of those times. Best part about it? Ebay buyer protection. Its pretty reliable, so that extra safety net of protection certainly helps. Especially for people who generally don't like buying used parts, or former mining cards, or anything like that. Check out this RX 470 revisit video! Games tested: Overwatch, PUBG/Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, Fortnite Battle Royale, Realm Royale, Rainbow Six: Siege, and Battlefield 1 (which should be decently representative of BFV performance hopefully). Vulkan and these cards makes for even BETTER performance than whats seen here. VULKAN IS SO DANG AWESOME! Regardless, this card stomps all over the GTX 960, 1050ti, and HD 7970. What a deal under $100 if you can score one.
