This video covers orientations and matrix representations of signed graphs. We will use numerous examples.
Just like we can represent unsigned graphs by an adjacency matrix or incidence matrix, we can do the same for signed graphs. However, there are some special rules with orienting signed graphs for the purposes of generating an incidence matrix that are not in place when we orient an unsigned graph for the purpose of generating an incidence matrix. Positive edges must be directed, negative edges must be introverted or extraverted.
