With the Nighthawk app, it's easier than ever before to make sure your NETGEAR router is up-to-date. In just a couple short steps, learn how you can update your router firmware right from your mobile device.
First, download the Nighthawk app and make sure you're connected to your router's WiFi network. Login to your router with your admin credentials. Once you're in the Nighthawk app dashboard, click on the Router image and scroll down to see 'Check for Updates.' Now, you can remotely update your NETGEAR router's firmware if there is an update available.
