In this video I will show you the difference between Google Drive, the online storage and application, and Google Drive, the file synchronization app and how they work together. I will show how to set up and use Google Drive on a Windows 11, 10, 8, or 7 computer, and how you can then use it to synchronize your data across all of your devices, and have your data available anytime, anywhere.
NOTE: I didn't cover this in the video, but if you do the exact same install and setup of Google Drive file sync app on an additional computer, the data in your google drive will be synced with that computer as well. This is a great way to have the same data across multiple computers, as well as multiple device types. I use this regularly when I'm away from home, on my laptop. I always have the same data, regardless of where I am, or what device I'm on.
