In this video I benchmark the OLD and NEW Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVME M.2 SSD to see which is faster? Both are PCIE 3.0 x4 drives with a theoretical maximum read speed of 3500MB/s. I use Crystal Diskmark and a sustained write copy from my Samsung 980 Pro 1TB. Using Z690 chipset which supports 4 x PCIE 4.0x4 drives, so no speed bottlenecks.
The 1TB uses the newer Elpis Controller vs the Old 2TB with Phoenix Controller.
