Instead of typing everything manually, allow Word do that for you automatically. It saves you time to do other things and become more productive.
To change audio or video file to text, the first thing you need to do is to upload the file on your Word document. You can do that by clicking the Home tab followed by Dictate command. Select Transcribe from the option.
As the Transcribe pane opens at the right margin, select between Upload audio and Start recording. If you go With the first option, your computer Files app will open automatically. Navigate to where the video or audio is and double-click on it. This will upload the file into the Transcribe pane.
