Components Required-
1.220V TO 12V TRANSFORMER
2.ROUND BRIDGE RECTIFIRE
3.1000uf CAPACITOR
4.VOLTAGE REGULATOR 7805
5.440uf CAPACITOR
Follow these steps to create the power supply:
1.220V to 12v convert by the transformer.which is called stepdown transformer.
2.rectifire works on only in one direction.when alternative supply(AC) given to its then its gives only us +ve and -ve.
3. capacitor use for remove the repples and storage the power.
4.voltage regulatror is use for regulate the voltage.for exemple if we want to convert the 12v to 5v then use the 7805.and if convert 12v to 6v then use 7806.if 12 to 7,8,9 then use 7807,7808,7809etc
5.capacitor is use here to remove more ripples
Follow these steps to create the power supply:
step1. covert the 220v to12v by using the transformer.
step2.Now converted 12v supply connected with bridge rectifire.
step3.now 12v dc comes from the bridge rectifire .but lotes of ripple presents in its.so use the 1000uf capacitor to remove the ripple.
step4.now for convert the 12v dc to 5v pure dc with the use of 7805 voltage regulator.
step5.now for more pure and ripple free power supply use the 440uf capacitor.and then you will get best 5v power supply.
