Here is What Happens if you Attack Gortash at Coronation in Baldur's Gate 3.
I did this after beating Orin And I realized that I did not attend Gortash's coronation which likely is why I had some bugs in Baldur's Gate 3. You're supposed to attend his coronation early in act three, but for some reason I completely missed this and went through a bunch of other quest lines. And then coming back around, some of them were bugged because I just didn't do it in the correct order. So definitely go ahead and attend the coronation as early as possible, or you can do what I did here and just attack Gortash at his ceremony for the coronation in BG3
