Turducken | Three Bird Roast | Chiduckey
The idea of turducken (a turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken, all stuffed with stuffing) has been around for a while, but this is the first time I've tried one. Making a turducken is not a job for the faint-hearted. If you're an expert at deboning poultry you should find this fairly easy, otherwise this is a great way to learn how to debone a turkey, how to debone a duck and how to debone a chicken. Deboning really is a skill worth acquiring, not just for making multi-bird roasts. By the way, we don't like the name turducken (TURkey DUCk chicKEN), so we invented our alternative, chiduckey: CHIcken DUCk turKEY.
