Okuldaki herkes son dönemin en popüler radyo yayınını yapan asi sesin büyük hayranıdır. Asi ses onların okulundaki bir öğrenci olduğunu açıklayınca kim olduğunu herkes merak etmeye başlamıştır. Herkes okulun popülerlerinden birinin Asi ses olabileceğini düşünürken, asi ses okulun en utangaç kızı olan Tara (Debby Ryan)’ dır. Bunu herkesten saklamak ister. Ama onu hiç sevmeyen okulun en popülerlerinden olan Stacy (Merritt Patterson) ve okul kurallarına aykırı davranması onu oldukça zorlayacaktır.

Everyone in the school is a big fan of the rebellious voice that made the most popular radio broadcast of the son era.
