This Kyoto ramen shop does A LOT to make their chicken ramen extra thick and rich. The soup almost looks like wet cement. This is the result of a ridiculous amount of chicken bones being mixed over and over...all day, every day. It's no surprise that they use extra thick noodles to match. But how does all it taste?
