This Kyoto ramen shop does A LOT to make their chicken ramen extra thick and rich. The soup almost looks like wet cement. This is the result of a ridiculous amount of chicken bones being mixed over and over...all day, every day. It's no surprise that they use extra thick noodles to match. But how does all it taste? Let's find out!
