Multitasking greatly diminishes your productivity, efficiency, and completion of tasks. My math for those curious: 120 minutes of distracted work X 1.4 = 168 minutes
Remember that is if everything else is perfect, which it likely isn't for most of us. Wasted time will be higher given your level of ADHD.
