How to Reset the Air Bag Warning Light on a Nissan EASY! No tools required!!
This is the procedure for resetting the air bag light for all Nissan's. The vehicle in the video is a 2005 Nissan Xterra.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Turn key to the ON position. Wait until the airbag light turns off then immediately turn the key to the off position.
2. Wait 5 Seconds
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 two more times
4. Turn key on and wait until the air bag light starts to flash slowly
5. Wait 10 seconds
6. Turn off the car
7. Turns it back on and the air bag light should now longer be flashing.
