ii. To delete a Microsoft account in Windows 11/10, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Click on Accounts.
3. Under "Your accounts", click on the Microsoft account you want to delete.
4. Click on Remove.
5. Click on Remove again to confirm.
**Note:** Deleting a Microsoft account will also delete all of your data associated with that account, including your files, settings, and apps. Make sure to back up your data before deleting your account.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind when deleting a Microsoft account:
* You can't delete the only account on your PC.
* You can't delete a Microsoft account that's used to activate Windows.
* If you delete your Microsoft account, you'll also lose access to any services that require a Microsoft account, such as OneDrive, Outlook, and Xbox Live.
If you're not sure whether you want to delete your Microsoft account, you can instead sign out of your account and use a local account instead. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Click on Accounts.
3. Under "Your accounts", click on the Microsoft account you want to sign out of.
4. Click on Sign out.
5. Click on Sign out again to confirm.
Once you've signed out of your Microsoft account, you can create a local account by following these steps:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Click on Accounts.
3. Click on Family & other users.
4. Click on Add someone else to this PC.
5. Click on I don't have this person's sign-in information.
6. Click on Add a user without a Microsoft account.
7. Enter a name and password for the new user account.
8. Click on Next.
The new user account will now be created and you'll be able to sign in to Windows using that account instead of your Microsoft account.
iii. Here are the steps on how to remove an email from Microsoft Teams:
1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the window.
3. Select "Settings".
4. In the "Settings" window, click on "Accounts".
5. In the "Accounts" window, select the email account that you want to remove.
6. Click on "Remove".
7. Click on "Remove" again to confirm.
The email account will now be removed from Microsoft Teams.
**Note:** If you are using a work or school account, you may not be able to remove your email address from Microsoft Teams. This is because your IT administrator may have configured your account to always be associated with Microsoft Teams.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind when removing an email from Microsoft Teams:
* You can only remove email accounts that are currently signed in to Microsoft Teams.
* If you remove an email account, you will also lose access to any Teams channels or conversations that are associated with that account.
* If you are using a work or school account, you may need to contact your IT administrator for assistance in removing an email account from Microsoft Teams.
