In this video, I spoke about " How Does MTI Develop In Us?
When you go for job interviews, most people are facing this issue. They speak English, but knowingly or unknowingly there is a problem with their accent or the pronunciation.
Most people get rejected because of this mti ( mother tongue influence). The main reason behind this is your mother language which dominates the other languages ( It's for the majority of the people ).
Every state has its own mother language and when you try to learn another language just like English it creates a problem for us.
Some people say that sir we learned English from childhood and not every to speak properly. The reason for not speaking is they are not prepared or they didn't get an opportunity to speak in public or at the job interview levels.
This problem is not only in our states in India, It is everywhere because mother languages will have an impact on other languages sometimes.
So, we need to develop our language skills from childhood itself, otherwise, it creates problems in the future.
