Not only is the process of making this double-sided flip-flop journal really relaxing and fun, but the final product is a Gratitude Journal for you to use to get really happy in the long term. W
e made this little gratitude journal to write things to be thankful for in the notebook on one side, and use the other notebook for wishes and prayers and give gratitude in advance to see them manifest. And the size is small enough, that you can carry it anywhere with you easily, and the page size is not daunting to fill at all!
