Take a look back at Disney's MGM Studios before it became Hollywood Studios. MGM Studios opened on May 1, 1989 and was Walt Disney World's third theme park. It was not only a theme park but also a functioning movie and television production studio. The name transitioned to Hollywood Studios in 2008. #shorts
