A short demonstration of HDR photos edited using Adobe Camera Raw 15.1's HDR Output feature. It will only display correctly on an HDR-capable device.
Raw images were edited in ACR 15.1 using an HDR10-capable TV as the mastering display. These were then saved as HDR TIFFs in the P3 colorspace and dropped onto a Wide DR timeline in Final Cut Pro and given a slight shadow lift to match their appearance in ACR.
The SDR images are out-of-camera JPEGs converted to the P3 colorspace in ACR, then dropped onto the same timeline, with a curve applied to make them approximately match their appearance on an SDR display.
If you watch this video on an SDR display, YouTube will serve you a version down-converted to SDR, so the difference will be much less significant.
