Having a customer's package stolen is the worst feeling in the world. Especially when you have to eat the loss. Thankfully because of all you physically attractive people that watch my videos, and the good folks at my local electronics recycling company, Trident Boston, I was able to give my customer better technology in a better computer than they had before. A refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad P15s that's packed with tech that's 2 years newer and in much better condition than their old HP ZBook pc . And even though I'm still out $600, at least I turned a terrible situation into a good one, which is exactly how I built my businesses reputation.
