Description: PortQry is a free command-line utility from Microsoft designed specifically for port scanning. It is more advanced than NetStat and Telnet.
How to Use:
Download PortQry from the official Microsoft website.
Open Command Prompt and navigate to the folder where you saved PortQry.
Run the command: portqry -n IP_address -p tcp -e port_number,
replacing IP_address with the server's IP and port_number with the port you want to check.
The utility will tell you if the port is listening,
filtered, or not listening.
This Command will work on Windows 10 , 11 SERVER operating system .
