According to Microsoft, Windows 11 version (23H2_x64v2) will be the last version of Windows 11 that you can bypass Hardware Requirements and install it on Unsupported Hardware. in this video I'm showing how to use Rufus to create a bootable Windows 11 USB drive for Old PCs and bypass the hardware requirements of 4GB+ Ram, Secure Boot, TPM version 2.0 and the requirement of online Microsoft account and internet connection while installing Windows 11 in addition to disable Bitlocker and Data collection.
