The second part of the Trip to America story arc is a Merrie Melodies cartoon and self-contained Midday Zone story called Vacation Preparedness. The short's main plot involves the Simpsons preparing for their biggest vacation of all time. The subplot involves Finny the Shark and her friends learning about all kinds of bugs.
The opening logos include special centennial versions of the WB and Disney logos - the latter being the Fairview Entertainment version since Jon Favreau is the producer and director of the short. These special versions include a crossfade from the WB logo to the Disney one, with the WB shield placed in the night sky. When the Disney logo is complete, the opening credits then start, and I made the camera zoom into the castle's front gates, possibly to segue into the short's title card. The Twilight Zone theme is also heard playing over the Disney logo and carries into the title card.
