The linseed bread is perfect for a keto diet, low-carb, and naturally gluten-free!
You can serve this bread as is, but I eat it with some sprouted hummus.
This bread is very healthy: high in Omega-3, fiber, and plant lignans (a type of phytoestrogen) and of course, it is delicious too! Especially if you know it's healthy :)

Ingredients:
100g of flaxseed
30g melted butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of salt
Coriander (optional)
Recipe:
1. You will need 1 whole egg and only egg white from the second
2. Grind flaxseed , add baking powder to it and mix
3. Add eggs, salt and melted butter
4. Mix and place in a baking dish
5. Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes or in the oven for 15 minutes 200° Celsius
6. Check with a wooden stick for readiness
7. When the bread is done, let it cool off
8. Serve with what you want!

Notes:
The bread can last up to a week if refrigerated and it will not dry out.
