As the "psychiatrist" leaves to handle the paperwork, Kira strikes up conversation with the unsuspecting dupes (a young woman and an older man in separate scenes). She doesn't "act crazy", just complains that her boyfriend had her committed after a shopping spree. When the psychiatrist returns, Kira claims friendship with the other person, and tries to get released into their custody before the prank is revealed.
