Just say "phrasal verbs," and many English learners will be afraid. It's true that they're among the most difficult features of English. Most other languages don't have them, and there are a lot of them. To make things worse, the same phrasal verb may have two or more different meanings. Amazing as it may seem, there are more than 70 phrasal verbs beginning with "put." I'm not putting you on! To help you, we've put together a list of these.
