► One of the UK’s longest serving prisoners, Charles Bronson, appeared before the Parole Board today in a hearing to consider his proposed release.
Charles Bronson was first jailed for seven years for armed robbery back in the 1970s but he's spent almost half a century behind bars because of a series of violent attacks on prison staff and inmates.
