Station of linear cupforming and press riveting
The machine is used to rivet the levers or front tube and cupform the rear tube. The parts are manually inserted by the operator into the jig on the turntable. The robot takes 1 part from the turntable and moves it to the workstation where the parts are riveted and cupped. The finished seat is moved by robot onto a ESYPRO conveyor or into the NOK box depending on the success of the work process. Finished parts are taken by carts (manual or autonomous)
