Lenovo IdeaPad S145-15IWL SSD Upgrade!
This IdeaPad previously belonged to my sister and came out in 2019 - specs on this were not great with a dual-core Pentium processor, 4GB of RAM and a 500GB 5400 RPM hard drive - but it isn't too hard to upgrade.
In this video I upgrade the hard drive to an SSD - if you have one of these models, it should be pretty easy to do and will make a massive difference in performance. You can also add RAM if needed or use an M.2 SSD instead of a 2.5" drive as I did.
