A viewer just informed me that the hole above the blade was for cutting bolts. I wish I had included this in the video but I did not know. THANKS DAVE!!! Note: I tested the hole and it did not work well. The sleeve in the hole was not hardened so the cutting action is not great. Based on this new information the new rating is 7.5.
