This is an old bug, it's been since 2004 you could do this. I was just testing a server and decided to record it for fun. And yes I took the bot commentary from the sound gamecachefile and just pasted them under the video for comic effect!
The barrel shot was incredibly lucky, as you can tell in the video im a bit shocked it worked myself. And yes this was my first and only try..
playing with cl_righthand 0 is FTW
If you want to do this yourself create your own server and use mp_autobalance 0; mp_limitteams 0 and spam bot_add ct the bots usually go mid/b every 2/3 rounds or so. I think you can get the sounds from source sounds or from the css ones I forgot tbh, use GCFscape to export/view the files inside the GCFs.
