How to Fix E: "Unable to Locate Package" Error in Kali Linux - 2024
Note: Right click on the Desktop, and then Click on 'Open in Terminal'.
Step 1: Open sources.list file by command below:-
nano /etc/apt/sources.list
Step 2: Go to the link in the comments below:
...and and then scroll down to 'using kali linux' version, under that click on the link 'Kali sources.list Repositories.'
Update: Go to the link below to find Regular repositories and Source repositories
Step 3: Now, copy the Regular repositories and Source repositories from there, and then paste in sources.list file.
Step 4: Now, again try to install the package, you won't get the error.
