preface
Mercantile was always on the short side of folks. People called him shorty, partially because he was so short, and partially because his name was so long. But that all changed one fateful day in december. Why december? Cold things happen in december.
chapter 1
The intrigue! The fowl stench of fowl-play! The day that shorts were the only type of clothes and computer vision had progressed to the point where no fabric could be trusted! This was the fated day I mentioned in the preface.
