Eviction timeline extended for Spring Creek residents following 'drafting error'
Tenants at Evergreen’s Spring Creek Mobile Home Park are receiving a second eviction notice, extending the time they’re allowed to stay in the park.
The new letter says the first contained a “drafting error,” which “listed the incorrect owner entity.” The 180-day timeline to leave the property has been reset for when the new documents arrive.
Next Level Property Management sent out eviction notices in late April to residents at the 32-unit community off Highway 35, citing a change from tenant-owned homes to landlord-owned homes. The letter gave those who live at Spring Creek 180 days to leave and move their trailers.
