How to process Voice and Vocal plugins in FL studio
Hi! In this video I show you how to process Vocals and which plugins to use in FL studio!
Today I'm talking about my template Voice processing. I use it always on the same "source" i.e. on the Vocals of the same person, recorded in the same conditions... But despite this the principle and logic of processing remains the same!
The main thing is to ask yourself the question - what do I need to fix in my Vocals? or-what Do I want to make it?
Our goal in this video was this:
►Mute the sound in the pauses between the voice - fixed this with the R-vox gate from Waves...
►Slightly tighten the voice or reduce the dynamic range (Loud sounds are quieter, quiet ones are louder) - the cool iZotope Nectar 2 helped...
►Add lightness and airiness (high) in the vocals-managed Butch Vig Vocals Stereo also from Waves...
►Compress the bottom to avoid severe distortion when Limiting - any multiband (multi-band) compressor, but FabFilter Pro-MB is the best!
►Raise the volume (and here there is a Trick: using Double limiting i.e. not one on +5 where there would be Obvious distortions but Two on +3. This will significantly reduce artifacts and distortion in the sound! And it will make the sound much louder! Try it!)- Used a limiter from FabFilter Pro-L 2...
►Remove (compress-suppress) sharp " C "CI and" C " ski - as usual FabFilter Pro-DS...
►Decorate and expand the Vocals helped-Classic Chorus and "where without it" - ValhallaVintageVerb...
►Adjust the necessary and unnecessary frequencies in the voice-equalizer-analyzer FabFilter Pro-Q 2...
►Well, the control limit with the addition of dither and oversampling - the same flawless FabFilter Pro-L 2 !
