Step 1 - Get Bounty from Spider! It takes 5 ghost fragments, but you'll likely get those during the weekly flashpoint in Tangled Shore.
Step 2- Head to the EDZ. The Adventure is near Sunken Isles, but make sure to rally to the flag anywhere first to get full heavy and super.
Step 3 - Maximize your power. This is a 540 recommended mission. In terms of gear, a linear fusion rifle is best for Silent Fang, and a scout (I foolishly used EP shotgun) is best for ads.
Step 4 - Use starting room as your safe / cover area.
To do damage to the Silent Fang, you need to take out the 4 generators in the room. These can be destroyed by taking out exploding shanks, and picking up the bombs they drop. Once you take out the generators, Silent Fang shield comes down and you can damage.
The 2nd phase involves destroying Fang Servitors in a similar fashion. Be careful to avoid the tracer shanks, and the invisible vandals that appear. As long as you use the starting room as cover, you should be fine.
