Back to the Basics! When creating new designs, it is best practice to use dimensions and constraints when creating and defining your model. Using these tools help for creating a great foundation for going back and editing your model. You can setup designs to become predictable; which means you can make the model behave the way someone would expect it to behave. For example, if you have a bike assembly design and set your wheels to have the same dimension parameter, you can change that parameter which will allow the bike wheels to change in size while maintaining the same center point. If you did not set the center point of that wheel to be coincident with a specific part of the bike frame, changing the parameter of the wheel size may completely disrupt your model.
