Spawning ban Vologda region. Order of November 18, 2014 No. 453 On the Approval of Fishing Rules for the Volga-Caspian Fisheries Basin. (As amended on April 19, 2016)
30.19. Water objects of fishery importance of the Vologda region:
30.19.1. Forbidden periods (periods) of catching (catching) of aquatic biological resources:
From October 1 to April 30 - on the wintering pits listed in Appendix No. 5 to the Fisheries Rules "List of wintering pits located on water objects of fishery importance of the Volga-Caspian fishery basin";
From April 15 to June 1 - in the Rybinsk Reservoir within the administrative boundaries of the Vologda Region, except for catching one float or bottom fishing rod from the shore with the number of hooks not more than 2 pieces on the catching tools from one citizen within the administrative boundaries Settlements outside the spawning grounds specified in Appendix No. 6 to the Fisheries Rules "List of spawning areas located at water bodies of fishery importance of the Volga-Caspian fishery basin";
From 25 April to 5 June - pike perch, bream, pike, asp;
From June 5 to July 5 - freshwater catfish.
30.19.2. Forbidden for catching (catch) types of aquatic biological resources:
Sterlet, grayling.
30.19.3. The minimum size of extracted (harvested) aquatic biological resources (commercial size):
Jericho 40 cm
Pike perch 40 cm
Bream 25 cm
Pike 30 cm
Freshwater catfish 90 cm
Sazan 40 cm
Chub 25 cm
Yaz of 25 cm
Cancers 10 cm
The commercial size of aquatic biological resources is determined in fresh form:
In fish - by measuring the length from the top of the snout (with the mouth closed) to the base of the middle rays of the caudal fin;
In crustaceans - by measuring the body from the line connecting the middle of the eyes, until the end of the tail plates.
The extracted (harvested) aquatic bioresources, having a length less than that indicated in Table 21, are subject to immediate release into the natural habitat with the least damage.
